Download and install "ParentUpp" from the App Store or Play Store. After installation, search for the CSA logo and proceed with the registration.
This portal allows students or guardians to add a list of guardians who are registered in the "ParentUpp" mobile application and would like to access the student's grades. It also serves as a basis for the CSA technical staff to approve the request, provided that the registered name of the guardian matches the details entered in the technical portal.
A maximum of 3 guardians can be approved in "ParentUpp" and accepted on this technical portal.
Registered guardians cannot be replaced once their status is approved.
This portal allows students to change their email address only in case the registered email is not working or needs to be updated.
You need to register before updating your email address.
For new and old students, if you forget your password, click the "Forgot Password" label found in the student portal, enter your student number, and a password reset configuration will be sent to your registered email address. If your email address is incorrect, register and log in here, then update your email address. Wait for the admin's approval. Once your request is approved, you can click the 'Forgot Password' label again to reset your password.
Once the login process is successfully completed in the student portal, an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your email address. The OTP provides an additional layer of verification to enhance the security of online transactions and account management, helping to prevent hacking.
